Tai Cobb Klam, Ranch Broker, Accredited Land Consultant. I feel incredibly fortunate to work alongside my mom, Stefanie Cobb, my team partner and Sr. Broker at Cobb Properties. Throughout the years, she has taught me everything about the real estate business, and I've had the privilege of witnessing her passion and commitment to fine Texas ranches blossom into a successful business that we established together in 2009. We make a fantastic team!

Having grown up on a farm and ranch for most of my life and graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in agricultural business communications, I have gained the agricultural knowledge necessary to assist my clients in finding productive parcels of ranch real estate. My previous professional experience in hospitality and marketing has also equipped me with a deep understanding of what true customer service entails. I am fully aware that this is a significant investment for my client's future, and I am willing to go the extra mile, listening to their stories and traveling the roads until I find them exactly what they are looking for. At Cobb Properties, we prioritize finding a property that perfectly aligns with our client's lifestyles and needs.
