Meet Stefanie
Co BrokerWe founded Cobb Properties in 2009 after becoming full-time residents of Bosque County. Before Cobb Properties, I owned and operated an interior design firm as a licensed interior designer for over three decades. My expertise in design, business, and construction enables me to effectively envision and communicate a property's potential to both sellers and buyers. An enthusiastic equestrian, I have cherished horses and competed in riding since the age of 10. Being married to a farmer/rancher, my husband Scott and I purchased our first ranch in Bosque County in 1984. We currently have a cow/calf operation on our ranches in Bosque and Hamilton Counties.
As we have flourished, we have continually sought new ways to deliver the highest level of service and expertise in our industry. Commitment, communication, hard work, and a solid plan are essential for laying the foundation of a successful roadmap to help clients find their dream properties.
Texas is truly a remarkable state, and I am passionate about where I live. Working at Cobb Properties allows me to share my knowledge of the land and its preservation with more clients and families than ever before. I feel blessed to have my husband, daughters, and grandchildren all live in Bosque County and engage in outdoor activities on the ranch, such as horseback riding, fishing, hunting, and camping.
